When The Swan came to us looking to improve their overall brand presence & digital marketing strategy, the second place we looked at was their social media profiles (the first being their website). From this, we identified that there was a brilliant opportunity for them to engage with their followers in a meaningful way, which could assist overall word of mouth and eventually, direct bookings.
We delivered for them a bespoke marketing plan that included branded creative, content planning and targeted content posting. So far, the results have spoken for themselves.
We attribute this initial success (we’ve only just begun..) largely to us tapping into the likes & dislikes of the target audience of The Swan and then delivering content we believe they will enjoy. On top of this, we actively engaged with page followers in the comment sections and on external posts, showing them that we hear them.
Furthermore, we kept things fresh and used the page as a platform to promote the good work of other local businesses, employees and people who are in the community – giving first shows people in the community and far away that you are a friendly & community focused hotel.
